Failure is an option, why do I say so this is because we can gain more knowledge in our failure experience. Ma Yun and his English name is Jack Ma one of the world where successful entrepreneurs worldwide. After his parents moved to Hangzhou, he was born on 1964 october 15 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Latest times he was participated in the first college entrance examination ,he mathematics exam only get 1 marks. In 1983, the second time to take the mathematics exam he only can get 19 marks. Therefore, after his father please. During the day, he started to riding tricycle to send the book for the "Shan Hai Jing", "East", "South" and other three magazine and started school at night. In 1984, the third time to take the math exam, finally can get 79 marks admitted to Hangzhou  Institute  Teacher's  College Foreign Language Department of Foreign professional specialist. In 1988 ,Graduated with, from Hangzhou Teachers College currently known as Hangzhou Normal University ,he became a lectures in Hangzhou Dianzi University. Not only that, he also going on his further study in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) at beijing.

In 1991, Jack initial contact with commercial activities, the founder Haibo agency. The first month, only earned 700 CNY of income and there up to 2,000 CNY. After less than three years time, they use the site to earn 500 million. In 1997, he developed his official site and Chinese products online trading market for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Trade.

In 1999, Jack officially resign his post, the founder of Alibaba to develop e-commerce applications, especially B2B business. Taobao was established in 2003 secretly, in 2004 founded an independent third-party electronic payment platform Alipay, both currently in the Chinese market are in a leading position, while Ali Baba is a leading B2B website. In 2006 Ma Yuncheng as two sets of CCTV ‘Win in China,’ the judges, but also with China Yahoo and Alibaba is ‘Win in China’ to provide a platform official website. Why do i say so, this is because he at least twice denied a job because of appearance.Almost everyone will be impressed to see Jack,because he is like the alien ET chant. Now anyone, including Ma could to ridicule his appearance for fun. Before  20 years, Jack also worry about appearance. Retake his entrance exam three times, after the first entrance exam, his dream is to became a hotel waitress, also dream of became a police, all because of physical characteristics is rejected, it means ‘UGLY’!

Well, to say that Jack may through this process very early understanding of failure is an option. He was overcome the hardship in his business and today he was the owner of Alibaba.
